Position: Café Assistant / Barista
Location: Barton on Sea
Hours: [Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available]

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, drinks, and light meals

• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude

• Taking orders and handling payments

• Keeping the café clean, tidy, and well-stocked

• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

• Great communication and people skills

• Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team

• Previous café or hospitality experience is a bonus (but not essential—training provided!)

• Flexibility to work weekends or busy periods

• Previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up in a similar working environment
