Welcome to Pebble Beach
To our lovely customers
As we welcome you back to our Restaurant and Accommodation, we are committed to provide you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations. Our Management team is redefining our cleaning and safety standards as we will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and staff
To promote the health and safety of our communities, face coverings are required for customers and staff *in all indoor public areas.
In public spaces, Pebble Beach has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces be treated with disinfectants, this cleaning is done with increased frequency. In our guest rooms, we have added to its detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with disinfectants. The company will also be placing disinfecting wipes and sanitizer in each room for guests’ personal use.
We are using FDA approved cleaning products that are effective against viruses in the air and on surfaces. To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, we are using signage in its lobbies to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols and have removed or re-arrange furniture to allow more space for distancing. A one-way system is in place to minimize the risk of breaking the social distancing rule. You will see hand sanitizing stations around Pebble Beach near the entrances and throughout the restaurant, hotel stairwell, and guest bedrooms. Partition Screens have been placed in between the restaurant tables to minimize the risk of spreading.
When the weather permits, we will maintain the doors open to maximize ventilation within the premises. As announced by the British government and with great regret we inform our customers that they must have left the restaurant by 10:00pm. The good news is that we are open from 11:00am to 10:00pm and serving food between 12:00pm and 08:00pm, and we look forward to welcoming you here at Pebble Beach. We are doing everything we can to adapt to this new time, this is only the beginning, so we are sorry things have had to change for you, but they are changing for us as well. We believe it will be a long time until the ship is sailing in calm waters, but we can do it together!
*(Those who have an age, health, or disability reason to not wear a face covering should not be routinely asked to provide any written evidence of this. Written evidence includes exemption cards).
Thank you for understanding.
