DOUBLE ROOMS – Cancellations
For overnight accommodation, payment in full is required at time of booking. If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation you will not receive a refund.
If you need to cancel your booking 72 hours in advance of the scheduled check-in time a full-refund will normally be given.
PENTHOUSE APARTMENT – Cancellations
For overnight accommodation, payment in full is required at time of booking. For private dining and business usage, the relevant minimum spend for the event is required as a deposit. You can cancel your booking one week before arrival, cancellations after this time will be charged in full – this applies to all penthouse usage. Check in times and terms vary according to your booking.
Tables – Cancellations
For certain types of bookings, or large numbers we may require a deposit or authorisation from a debit/credit card before accepting your booking. Should a deposit be taken, it will be deducted from the bill. In the event of cancellation, it is not refundable. If an authorisation from a debit/card is taken, the funds will not leave your account, unless you fail to turn up for your table booking. In this event, payment will be taken.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase. The voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, will not be replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Please quote the gift voucher ID reference when making your booking (using the contact details shown on the certificate). Subject to availability. Terms & Conditions subject to change.
