Pebble Beach are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their award winning seaside restaurant with breathtaking views across the Solent.
You will be working under the guidance of our highly acclaimed Head Chef, Pierre Chevillard, who has trained Jean-Christophe Novelli and who James Martin holds as one of his greatest inspirations.
As Chef de Partie you will have 2 or 3 years experience in a one or two rosette hotel or restaurant with a stable background. You will be able to keep calm under pressure and be able to teach junior chefs.
This is a great opportunity for the right Chef de Partie to showcase some of his or her own ideas in this stunning award winning restaurant with rooms.

This is an opportunity for a Commis Chef to develop their career in a rosette standard restaurant working for an established Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training. Experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage, however; college leavers will be equally considered as long as you are keen and enthusiastic with a willingness to develop your career.
You will work on all sections of the kitchen
Preparing the mise en place
Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy
You will already have worked in a professional kitchen or be a keen college leaver

Meals on Duty
We are looking for a full time Kitchen Porter, to start as soon as possible.
As Kitchen Porter you’ll help to keep the kitchen running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic. You will assist the Chefs with prep and and be willing to work hard and efficiently. Opportunities to progress into the kitchen as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in the future.
Full time position, excellent salary, free meals on duty, staff discount, staff uniform, a range of training and development opportunities, live in accommodation and a share of the tips.
Good spoken English is required.
