Let the festivities begin – whether it’s a business or a group celebration or something a little more low key, Head Chef, Nick St. Peter has created a mouthwatering set festive menu for the run up to Christmas.

      bramble puree, pickled red cabbage, sourdough (GF with GF bread no sour dough)

    • Individual wellington

      roasted spinach, mushroom, goats cheese, pine nuts, tomato vinaigrette (V)

    • Darne of sea trout

      Dorset crab croquette, bearnaise, wilted greens, crisp garlic

    • Red wine poached skate

      mussel & persillade spelt risotto, crispy oyster
