The philosophy behind our menu is simple, using locally landed fish and seafood alongside seasonal local ingredients delivered directly to our door. By seamlessly blending the traditions of French and English cuisines, our Head Chef, and his team create an exceptional Pebble Beach cliff top dining experience.

We take great pride in selecting our shellfish to ensure that they are of the highest quality, the langoustines are direct from Scotland and oysters from the Irish Sea, other shellfish originate from the waters of the West Country. At times our shellfish is not available due to seasonal variations & weather conditions. Shellfish dishes are prepared to order and this might mean a delay at busy times.
