On Tuesday, we had our second cookery demonstration at Pebble Beach, and what a success it was!
Hosted by our talented Sous Chef, Martin Pester, and Events Manager, Jo Cayla, 10 guests were treat to a demonstration of a signature dish; Lobster ravioli finished with sautéed leeks and a crab sauce.
Martin demonstrated how to make the pasta dough and roll the dough through the pasta machine. He then showed our participants how to blitz up the lobster tail, seabass fillet and seasoning and put into a piping bag. All the participants had the opportunity to roll out the dough and take back to their work benches and make their own ravioli to take home!
Following the demonstration, the group moved next door to Pebble Beach where they had a very social lunch, enjoying the dishes demonstrated. Delicious!
