Pebble Beach launched their first Cookery Demonstration with Lunch in Petit Pebbles on Saturday.
Hosted by our talented Sous Chef, Martin Pester & Events Manager, Jo Cayla, 10 guests were treat to a demonstration of a signature dish, Poached Skate Wing with Beurre Blanc, followed by Vanilla Pana Cotta.
Guests got involved on all levels from tasting the dishes as they evolved to filleting the skate wing. The group were also joined by two GSCE Food Technology students from the nearby Arnewood School. Following the demonstration the group moved next door to Pebble Beach where they had a very social lunch, enjoying the two dishes demonstrated.
