For overnight accommodation, payment in full is required at time of booking. For private dining and business usage, the relevant minimum spend is required as a deposit. You can cancel your booking one week before arrival, cancellations after this time will be charged in full - this applies to all penthouse usage. Check in times and terms vary according to your booking. Overnight accommodation; check in from 3.00pm and check-out at midday the following day. Private Dining; from 6.30pm - midnight for up to eight guests with a minimum spend of £450 per party. Conferences and meetings; from 9am - 5pm for up to eight delegates with a minimum spend of £240 - details of the special business lunch are available online.
