Lobster and Strawberry Week

Lobsters and strawberries? Not things you’d usually pair together but for us at Pebble Beach they symbolise the start of summer, and surely that’s worth celebrating! As this event was so well received in its inaugural years, we’ve decided to make it a regular date in our seasonal calendar. Expect the very best of locally sourced summer produce – including original dishes showcasing delicious locally caught lobsters and strawberries grown at the Cat & Fiddle Farm, all at their very best and served alongside the Summer A la Carte menu. Not forgetting some sunshine-laden wines to accompany each course - perfect!

Pierres 10th Anniversary

The enormously talented Pierre Chevillard has been head chef here at Pebble Beach for a whole decade. It’s only fitting that we mark the occasion in suitable style, and for three days in September, the acclaimed gastronome will be creating a very special celebration menu to run alongside our a la carte. Two fabulous starters, main courses and desserts will be chosen by Pierre to specifically celebrate his decade of weaving culinary magic in our kitchen.

Festival de la Mer

Seafood lovers shouldn’t miss this six-day festival celebrating the ocean’s harvest. One reason we love being on the South Coast is the abundance of fabulous seafood found off these shores. During our Festival de la Mer we work alongside local fishermen to bring you the finest catch of the day, every day. Make your choice from a stunning display of fish and shellfish which then will be turned into a marvellous dish by head chef Pierre. On the final Sunday, the Festival culminates in a sumptuous fish banquet with wines matching each course.

Come and join us at Pebble Beach for live music from the popular Gemini to accompany your meal on the first Wednesday of October, November and December 2013. Gemini play a gentle mix of classic jazz standards and choosing their repertoire from a variety of genres including swing, bossa-nova, American songbook and latin to name but a few.

Italian Evening

Italian food is bursting with fresh flavours and gorgeous textures, and we’re thrilled Italian guest chef Andrea Colla – formerly of the Chewton Glen – is returning to share the delights of Italy’s diverse regional cuisine. Working alongside chef Pierre, Andrea will be creating a gourmet three course meal to celebrate la dolce vita and our sommelier will be on hand to discuss wine pairing. These Italian evenings are enormously popular so please book early.

Caribbean Evening

Inspired by the cuisine during his travels to the Caribbean islands,Pierre is bringing the taste of the West Indies to Pebble Beach for this Caribbean evening. Fresh, spicy and warming flavours will pep up an autumn evening, as will a special Caribbean cocktail plus perfectly matched wines for the occasion.
