A week long celebration of locally caught fish! Choose from the centre piece display of freshly caught fish and Pierre and his team will create a masterpiece with it, culminating on Sunday night with a very special fish tapas evening.

19th Oct 2010 - Italian Gourmet Evening
A repeat of last year’s very popular event. Pierre, along with guest Italian chef Andrea Colla, previously of the Chewton Glen, will create an incredible three-course Italian meal.

9th Nov 2010 - Tapas & Rioja Evening sponsored by Campillo
An evening with a Spanish twist sponsored by Campillo Wines, suppliers of our Rioja, and hosted by the actual wine maker himself Antonio Pinilla, who will be travelling over from Spain for the occasion. Chef Pierre will create a fabulous Spanish style menu in honour of our very special Spanish guest.
Antonio Pinilla will present your wine with every course and explain how his choices perfectly match Pierre’s menu and of course, be on hand should you have any questions.

23rd Jan 2011 - Burns Night
A Scottish themed evening with three-course dinner accompanied by bagpipes.

Celebrate Valentines in style as Pb is giving the whole weekend (inc. Monday) over to romance. Pierre will create an extra special menu for the weekend with a romantic twist.
